INAZMA（イナズマ）は、アカウント登録もインストールも不要で、ブラウザを開くだけですぐ使える無料のプロジェクト進捗管理ツールです。

入力したデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。社外に持ち出せないプロジェクト情報も安心して扱えます。

- 階層WBS — 大タスク（工程）／中タスク（機能）／小タスク（作業）の入れ子構造。親の期間・進捗は配下から自動集計します。
- Excelライクな一括入力 — グリッドで直接編集、Enterで行追加、キーボードで階層変更・日付の一括シフト。Excelの工程表はセル範囲をコピーして貼り付けるだけで取り込めるので、乗り換えも簡単です。

- 山積み表（リソース負荷） — 担当者×営業日で工数（人日）を積み上げ、1日に収まらない詰め込みを赤で警告。担当者に人数を設定すれば、人数分のキャパシティに対する超過・不足（遊休）も検出できます。
- フィーバーチャート — CCPM（クリティカルチェーン）のバッファ消費率を緑・黄・赤ゾーンで管理。
- 週次報告の自動生成 — 全体進捗・今週完了・遅延・来週予定をMarkdownでワンクリック生成。
- 印刷・PDF — WBS一覧＋ガントチャートをA3横向けに整形して印刷。ブラウザからPDF保存すれば会議資料にもそのまま使えます。

INAZMA is a free, no-sign-up project scheduling tool that runs entirely in your browser.
Build a hierarchical WBS with an Excel-like grid, visualize slippage at a glance with the
Japanese-style inazuma (lightning) progress line, and manage slack days,
dependencies with critical path, baselines, actual dates, risks and CCPM fever charts.
Your data never leaves your device — everything is stored locally, so even confidential
project plans are safe. Import and export Excel-compatible CSV, Markdown (great with
Obsidian or Git) and Jira CSV exports, generate weekly reports in one click, and switch
the UI between Japanese and English anytime.
What it does
- Hierarchical WBS — phases, groups and tasks nest inside each other, and a parent's dates and progress are rolled up from its children.
- Excel-like grid — edit in place, Enter adds a row, the keyboard changes level and shifts dates in bulk. An existing Excel schedule comes across by copying a cell range and pasting it.
- Gantt chart with the progress line — the polyline bends left where work is behind and right where it is ahead. Progress is snapshotted daily, so past lines can be replayed.
- Today view and kanban board — what is due today and what changed since your last visit, plus a board where dragging a card updates progress. Both share the schedule's data.
- Slack days — days of float to each deadline, counted in business days, with weekends, Japanese public holidays and your own non-working days.
- Dependencies and critical path — a predecessor's delay propagates to its successors, and the path that puts the delivery date at risk is highlighted.
- Resource load chart — effort stacked by assignee and business day, with overload flagged in red and idle capacity shown once you set head counts.
- Fever chart — CCPM buffer consumption in green, amber and red zones.
- Weekly report — overall progress, what finished, what slipped and what is next, generated as Markdown in one click.
- Print and PDF — the task list and Gantt laid out for A3 landscape, ready to drop into a status pack.
- Import and export — JSON, Excel-compatible CSV, Markdown for Obsidian or Git, and Jira CSV exports.

What language is it in? The tool switches between Japanese and English from the header. The sample project it opens with follows the same setting.
